Information we collect
SellNGo collects account details such as your name, email address, marketplace area, profile image, and—if you later provide it—phone number. We also store listings, messages, saved items, price alerts, and basic service activity needed to operate the marketplace.
How information is used
We use this information to create and secure accounts, show nearby listings, connect buyers and sellers, send verification and service emails, prevent abuse, and improve SellNGo.
What other users can see
Information you publish in listings, seller profiles, and marketplace messages may be visible to other users. Your exact street address is not requested during registration. Avoid posting sensitive personal or payment information publicly.
Sharing and service providers
SellNGo may use hosting, email, authentication, analytics, and other vendors that process data only to provide their services. We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service.
Retention and your choices
Information is kept while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Users may request access, correction, or deletion through SellNGo support, subject to lawful retention requirements.
