These terms describe the rules for using SellNGo as a buyer or seller. By creating an account, you agree to follow them.
Using SellNGo
You must provide accurate account and listing information, keep your account secure, and use the marketplace only for lawful transactions. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Listings and transactions
Sellers are responsible for item descriptions, condition, pricing, ownership, and delivery promises. Buyers and sellers decide whether to transact and should verify items, identities, and payment arrangements before completing a deal.
Prohibited Items
Do not list illegal, counterfeit, stolen, dangerous, or misleading items. Weapons, drugs, adult content involving minors, and other prohibited goods are not allowed. Do not harass users, impersonate others, manipulate reviews, send spam, or attempt to bypass platform safeguards.
Seller Agreement
Sellers agree to list only items they have the right to sell, describe condition and location honestly, respond to buyer messages in good faith, and complete agreed meet-ups or handovers. Fake listings, bait pricing, and selling items that are not in your possession are not allowed.
Buyer Agreement
Buyers agree to communicate respectfully, make offers they intend to honor, inspect items before paying when meeting in person, and report problems through SellNGo support rather than public harassment. Do not use messages to spam sellers or request off-platform payment schemes that look like scams.
Enforcement
SellNGo may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms, create safety risks, or misuse the service. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent account closure.
Service availability
The marketplace is provided as available. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued. SellNGo is not a party to user-to-user transactions and does not guarantee that a listing or user is accurate or trustworthy.
